Parent Teacher Student Association Survey

The Berkeley Institute PTSA is looking for ways to improve and expand the level of communication and the services we can provide to our school. We need your help to accomplish this task. Please take a few minutes to answer the following questions. Your feedback will help us in our quest to determine the best ways to increase parental participation in PTSA events and meetings. Please return this survey at the end of the PTSA meeting or to the school office where you can place it in the PTSA survey box.
