I am requesting permission for my son/daughter to ride his/her bike to school and to park on the premises of The Berkeley Institute. I agree that my son/daughter will abide by the rules established by the school for riding and parking on the school property. Failure to do so will result in the withdrawal of the privilege of riding to school and/or parking on the school property.
- My child has completed project Ride
- I understand that there will be random checks of cycles to ensure that they conform to the appropriate engine size and there are no illegal or unsafe adjustments.
- If a designated parking bay is left unattended for a period of time the school has the right to re-assign that bay to another student on the waiting list.
- The assigned parking bay is for your use only. There will be NO SHARING OF BIKE BAYS.
